PROCESS & UPDATES

We will be completing progress photo’s after the Alloy carcass is completed after the Canvass work is completed and finally when the unit is ready for collection. You will receive these progress photos via email.

SHIPPING POLICY

Pick up is preferred, but if you are unable to do this then we recommend and use https://www.e-go.com.au/home.do for shipping.

It is preferred for you to organize your own freight but we can do this on your behalf but there is a fee for this. For the freight or shipping, the business will not be able to take responsibility if the unit was damaged in transit. In this unlikely event, you would need to liaise with e-go to resolve any issue’s and have the repairs completed your end.

If directed we would be arranging the freight on your behalf after full payment, please contact us via email for shipping cost.
We will be adding 15% of the freight charge if our business is to organize this for you.

Double weight including pallet is 105kg
124cm long, 146cm wide and 45cm high

Queen weight including pallet is 110kg
124cm long, 163cm wide and 45cm high

PAYMENT
This is to be completed via cash or direct deposit and must be cleared our end through the business bank account.

Customer Notice: Temporary Fuel & Supply Surcharge

Why this is happening. As a small Australian business, we are currently facing unprecedented increases across all areas of our operations including International Sourcing, Importation cost's, freight and everyday costs to run a small business. Diesel prices have surged significantly Feb 2026 @ $1.70 per litre & March 2026 @ $3.19 per litre (87.6% increase).

To ensure we can continue delivering DuraMousse products Australia-wide without compromising our service or raising our base product prices, we are introducing a temporary, transparent fuel & supply surcharge.

The Current Rates

Effective from 02-04-2026 the following surcharge will be applied to new DuraMousse sale's @ a 5% surcharge to the DuraMousse Products and will appear as a separate line item on your invoice. This adjustment is necessary to offset the immediate and sustained increases we are all facing.

Moving Forward

We value your loyalty and are committed to reviewing these rates regularly. As soon as global supply chain and fuel costs stabilise, we intend to reduce or remove these surcharges accordingly.
