DuraMousse STAR is Our new insert suitable for Mountain bikes (MTB) and E/Bikes riders running a tubeless setup. It allows you to run your tyre pressures considerably lower than you would for a standard tubeless set-up resulting in extra traction and tyre life due to the extra footprint. DuraMousse Star is for trail use 20-30 PSI & City/Commuter/Gravel/Touring: 25-50 PSI. Our insert’s provide Enhanced Rim Protection plus get home on that flat tyre with our unique Run Flat Design. The tyre insert is based around 16 PSI then simply inflate to your desired air pressure, with extensive internal grooving allowing your tubeless sealant to flow throughout the tire.

If you are not running a tubeless setup for your MTB or E/Bike, our inserts are not suitable. You will need to covert over to a tubeless setup. • To convert a mountain bike from tube to tubeless, you'll need to remove the tube, install a rim strip, and add sealant plus your Tyres need to be Tubless ready.
